This renovation began with a clear goal: to transform a modest 1940s workers cottage into a refined home that honours its original Art Deco charm. Working closely with the client, we created a classic design that feels modern in finish yet timeless in style. Key features such as original cornices and ceiling roses were carefully preserved and echoed in the new extension for a seamless result.

Throughout, finishes like marble, stone, timber, glass and Shaker-style doors add a sense of luxury. By sourcing materials and skilled trades locally from the South West, we were able to give the home a strong regional identity. The result is a beautifully detailed renovation that the client was thrilled with, and one we’re incredibly proud of.
